In Home Personal Training | Was It Worth It? | My Story

What's up guys Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! Today we'll be discussing in-home personal training! Unlike most of our videos, this video will mostly cover my personal experience working as an in-home personal trainer. I worked as an in-home personal trainer, or a personal trainer who trains clients in their own homes for about 5 years. It was simultaneously one of the most rewarding but also challenging things I've done. It's really what allowed me to take my training career to the next level. In fact, my very first video here on YouTube was an in-home training session. In addition to discussing my own personal story when it comes to in-home training we'll also discuss whether I thought in-home training was a worthwhile endeavor. Is in-home personal training worth doing going forward? That's something we'll also talk about. Thanks for everything guys! I appreciate all of you!
