We Did 30 MURPHS in 30 Days | Our Experience and Before and After
The Murph Challenge is a Crossfit Hero WOD named for Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in 2005. The Murph is traditionally done on Memorial Day in honor of his life and includes: 1 mile run 100 Pull Ups 200 Push Ups 300 Squats 1 Mile Run Prescribed with a 25# weight vest. The reps can be done in any format or order, as long as they're sandwiched between the runs. A special thanks to Matt Zhang. His video inspired us to do this murph challenge.
