Our personal training studio in Southington, CT is moving soon!

That's right! We're gearing up to move in just a few weeks. We'll still be in Southington and maintain our distance from Cheshire and Wolcott.

We're on track to move locations in November 2026. We're not going very far...just a few minutes down the road from our current location in Southington.

We'll be bringing double the training space, a cardio only room, a sauna and recovery room and other fun things!
