As a certified Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, and Licensed Massage Therapist I look to improve the lives of many different people from all walks of life.  I consider myself to be a life long athlete and have competed in sporting events such as mixed martial arts, football, soccer, Tough Mudders, and other obstacle runs.

My passion for health and wellness stems from a lifelong involvement in athletics.  Suffering a handful of major injuries resulted in my fascination and relentless pursuit of knowledge for how the human body works.  I strive to help my clients see how proper training and nutrition can lead to realizing how good your body is truly designed to feel.

 

As a health professional, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings with individuals of all ages and skill levels, from beginners that have never set foot in a gym, to professional level athletes.  I specialize in corrective exercise techniques to greatly decrease the risk of future injury.
