Amazon Prime Day Deals for Health and Fitness
Amazon is having a second Prime Day sale this October 11 and 12th for Prime members. Prime Day is a perfect opportunity to grab some of the things you've been eyeing, especially when it comes to health and fitness.
We're sharing some things that we think are great deals/overall good purchases this prime day that you may have been eyeing for your home gym or workout setup!
If you've been eyeing a Peloton, now would be the time to get one. The bike is on sale for $1225 which is a deal compared to its normal pricing. There is a monthly membership fee so remember that when purchasing a Peloton bike. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop for working out on your own, a Peloton is a great option.
One of our favorite supplements, collagen, is on sale for Prime Day. We love adding collagen to our coffee and/or smoothies for an added health boost. Collagen is great for your skin, nails, hair, gut health and other things. This jar of Vital Proteins is on sale for only $27.99.
Massage guns have been all the rage lately, and for good reason. They are a helpful tool for some myofascial release and giving yourself a post-workout massage. Also, the battery life on these things is insane. If you are always forgetting to charge things, you don't have to worry about these guys. This Renpho massage gun is on sale for $69.99 and retails for over $200.
Since the start of the pandemic, prices on dumbbells have SKYROCKETED. Lately, dumbbells have been at least $1.50-$2.00 per pound but for Prime Day, you can get Amazon brand dumbbells for just about $1 per pound. This is a fantastic deal if you're looking to add some dumbbells to your home gym.
Similarly to dumbbells, kettlebells are always pretty expensive. Amazon has their brand iron kettlebells for just about $1 per pound. This is actually a fantastic deal on kettlebells since they usually run slightly higher than dumbbells pound for pound. The vinyl coated kettlebells are slightly more expensive than the regular iron but they're also way cheaper than normal.

6. If you like ready to drink protein shakes or would like to add some into your day/coffee, Muscle Milk shakes taste delicious!
